Career masterclasses & workshops
I offer career masterclasses and workshops that give participants tools and templates to help identify how they bring value to their role and the organization, based on strengths, skills and motivators. From here, they begin to articulate their professional brand, design their career action plan, and understand how to create career security through networking, relationship building, and growth opportunities. All classes and workshops can be tailored to your organization’s specific needs, messaging, and industry.
Outplacement transition support
My services can also include transition support for employees during restructuring, layoffs and periods of organizational uncertainty. I draw from my extensive experience as a transitions coach working with outplaced workers across diverse industries, levels, and roles to bring structure and forward-looking perspectives. Our work focuses on helping individuals gain clarity on their value through insights on their contributions and strengths – and provides a sounding board so they can remain productive and calm. Outplacement support services usually include resume and LinkedIn work, networking and other job-search strategies, and resources to prepare them for the next opportunity, whether inside or outside of the organization.
